This company (located in Annapolis) recently put up a couple dozen signs along Joppa Rd. I found that they are advertising on Facebook and Craiglist for people to put up "bandit" signs for them in AA County. Here is the ad on Craiglist. A complaint has been filed, a citation issued, and a hearing was scheduled for Dec 6, at which they failed to appear.
