Other signs on the premises (GoogleEarth, Oct 2015):
Description of the issue, violation, etc.
After the approval of the sign from the hearing for Case 2000-0509 (which included the size), Royal Farms added the two cigarette price signs at the bottom. This makes the overall sign exceed the size limits in the BCZR. Further, there are two other permanent illegal "temporary" signs (banners) advertising more cigarettes and their ATM. Where ever a banner is allowed in the County, it is only with a permit and only for 60 days per year per property. They are not permitted on gas station lots.
Incidentally, this store was caught selling tobacco to minors twice in 2016 on May 19 and 24, incredibly 5 days apart.
