Liquor Stores

Notice how most every liquor store has the building, windows, and walls covered with signs? It's as if they think that it's mandatory for every liquor store to look trashy. What type of clientele are they trying to attract? Apparently the lowest form there is.

It's my understanding that the liquor companies pay them for putting up their signs.

I (and some friends) have started to focus on filing complaints against all the ones we see (and how can you miss them).
